Who is responsible?

CivicFisc vzw is the controller for the personal data that reaches the association through this website or by e-mail. This notice applies to civicfisc.be.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• It uses no analytics, statistics or advertising services.
• It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties: everything comes from civicfisc.be itself.
• It contains no embedded content, such as videos, maps or social media buttons.
• It has no forms and uses no JavaScript.

Links to other websites, such as the Belgian Official Gazette or the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, only open those websites when you click them. Their own rules apply there.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver the pages and secure the service, Google processes server access logs containing technical data such as IP addresses.

If you e-mail us

If you write to info@civicfisc.be or info@govchecker.be, CivicFisc vzw processes your e-mail address, any name you provide and the content of your message. We use this data only to answer you and to follow up the correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive.

We keep it for as long as needed to answer and follow up the correspondence.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, and you can object to its processing. To do so, send an e-mail to info@civicfisc.be.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
